As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving critical manufacturing processes within a high-volume production setting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence, high yield, and continuous improvement. • Monitor and analyze process performance using data-driven approaches (e.g., SPC) • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve process deviations and technical issues on the production floor • Lead root cause analyses and implement improvement initiatives to enhance yield and efficiency • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by defining and qualifying process parameters and technologies • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs and process reports • Collaborate with operators, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure process stability and knowledge transfer
