Location
Core Purpose
- Carry out project crewing activities and provide general project support.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Accountable for planning and coordinating operational crew across projects, including sourcing freelance personnel as needed in collaboration with Project and Discipline Managers.
- Ensuring compliance with industry and client standards, including all required qualifications.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date personnel records within the crewing system.
- Enter and verify the accuracy of relevant project data in the crewing system, including project sign-on and sign-off dates.
- Coordinate offshore personnel to meet operational requirements.
- Arrange travel and accommodation in line with company policies, including coordination of general personnel movements.
- Track personnel and monitor performance.
- Liaise with agencies and subcontractors to manage timesheet tracking and resolve payment queries.
- Administer the Personnel Competency Scheme and oversee evaluations.
- Provide current and accurate information to support the commercial department during the tender phase.
- Review incoming crew invoices for accuracy.
- Manage and coordinate internal and external correspondence.
- Ensure consistency in the layout of outgoing documents.
- Prepare reports for the Operations Support Manager on personnel competency and training needs, and update training and development requirements as they are identified.
- Provide reports to the Operations Support Manager on personnel competency completion for current and upcoming grade assessments as required.
- Support and contribute to other projects as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with SCC (VCA) and ISO standards.
QHSE Responsibilities
To have a general understanding of the areas of our QHSE Management System and OEG’s QHSE aims and objectives that are relevant to the role.
Comply with the requirements of OEG Energy Group Policies and the responsibilities within the wider QHSE Management System.

Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrate strong accuracy and administrative skills.
- Fluent in both Dutch and English, with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and relevant compliance legislation.
Qualifications
- Possess a mid-level to higher education degree.
- Holds SCC (VCA) certification.
