This isn't just a picking job; you are the final checkpoint in a carbon-conscious supply chain, ensuring our clients’ products are handled with care and packed using 100% eco-friendly materials.

Dit is niet zomaar een baan als picker; jij bent het laatste controlepunt in een CO2-bewuste supply chain. Je zorgt ervoor dat de producten van onze klanten met zorg worden behandeld en verpakt met 100% milieuvriendelijke materialen.
Key Responsibilities / Taken en Verantwoordelijkheden
- Precision Picking: Use handheld scanners linked to Mintsoft WMS to locate products efficiently, reducing unnecessary foot traffic across the floor.
- Sustainable Packing: Execute bespoke packing instructions for diverse brands, using plastic-free fillers and FSC-certified materials to ensure zero-waste shipping.
- Quality Control: Identify and report damaged goods or inventory discrepancies immediately to maintain 99.9% stock accuracy.
- Waste Management: Actively participate in our site-wide recycling programme, ensuring all cardboard and materials are processed according to "Green" standards.
- Performance: Meet and exceed hourly "Units Per Hour" (UPH) targets to help our clients scale their businesses.
What We Are Looking For / Wat wij zoeken
- Reliability: A consistent professional who takes pride in their work and shows up ready to move.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using scanners and digital warehouse systems (WMS).
- Attention to Detail: You know the difference between a "Small" and "Medium" eco-mailer at a glance.
- Languages: Basic English or Dutch (ability to read digital instructions is a must).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stay active and on your feet for the duration of the shift.
