About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Driver to deliver, install, and commission professional coffee machines for customers across Germany.
In this independent role, you'll combine driving, technical work, and customer interaction. You'll often be travelling for several consecutive days, ensuring every customer receives their new coffee machine fully installed, tested, and ready for use. Thanks to your professional attitude and technical skills, you'll be the face of both our organisation and our customer.
From our location in Venlo, you'll depart with a well-planned schedule to customer sites throughout Germany. Once on site, you'll install the coffee machine, test that everything is working correctly, and explain how to operate and maintain the equipment.
Because our customers are located throughout Germany, you'll regularly stay one or two nights in a hotel. Routes typically last 2 to 4 days, and naturally all hotel accommodation and travel expenses are fully covered.

You'll be responsible for delivering, installing, and commissioning coffee machines at customer locations throughout Germany. You'll also provide clear user instructions so customers can immediately get the most out of their equipment.
By independently completing multi-day routes and representing the organisation on-site, you'll play an important role in the overall customer experience. A professional installation and customer-focused handover create an excellent first impression, ensure a smooth start-up, and contribute to long-term customer relationships.

What You'll Do
- Deliver professional coffee machines to customers throughout Germany.
- Install and connect coffee machines on-site.
- Provide customers with operating and user instructions.
- Independently complete multi-day delivery and installation routes.
- Ensure every installation is completed professionally, neatly, and with a strong customer focus.
- Represent the organisation professionally at customer locations.
What We're Looking For
- Valid Category B driving licence.
- Affinity with technology and technical work.
- Independent and responsible working attitude.
- Customer-focused with a professional appearance.
- Good command of Dutch or English.
- Basic knowledge of the German language.
- Willingness to travel and stay away from home for several consecutive days on a regular basis.
- VCA certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
- Valid Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG), or willingness to apply for one.
- Living in or near the Venlo region.
