What to Expect
The Legal Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the Tesla Legal Operations team and the broader global Legal team. This position is essential for driving efficiency and collaboration in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations for legal initiatives in EMEA.
What You'll Do-
Promote and implement project management tools and best practices to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and identify cost-saving opportunities

Administer legal document systems, databases, and knowledge management resources for effective data organization

Optimize process flows and matter management within the legal document management system, implementing improvements to enhance accuracy, accessibility, and compliance

Provide support for internal initiatives and manage responses to legal email tickets

Complete additional administrative projects and tasks as assigned by direct manager or leadership
What You'll Bring-
Experience of financial analysis, project coordination, or project management experience in professional services (legal industry experience preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including the ability to maintain complex spreadsheets, utilize formulas, create sophisticated data presentations, pivot tables, and dashboards

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present findings using data visualization tools such as PowerBI

Effective problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to growth, enhancing functions, and leading training and implementation of project management systems

Fluency in English
