Accenture Song’s Commerce team is looking for a thesis intern who wants to take part in our knowledge development within the fields of Marketing Technology, Generative/Agentic AI, E-Commerce, Customer Activation, Content platforms, and Sales solutions. The Commerce team focuses on accelerating digital commerce journeys by leveraging new technology developments combined with deep industry knowledge. Due to your great interest in innovative technological developments and one or more of these digital focused domains, you will be effortlessly included within the team and quickly seen as a full member. Our driven analysts, architects, developers, creative managers and, of course, consultants are eager to take you by the hand for your first consultancy experience in addition to your thesis research. This ensures that you will have the opportunity to learn more about how we create value for our customers by using an AI-first, life-centric approach. In doing so, you will get your first hands-on consultancy experience while writing a master's thesis.

Customer Activation: Focuses on identifying and evaluating the most effective tools and strategies to optimize customer experience, for example by personalization, omni-channel experience and digital enablement.
