At Odido, we believe in optimism, forward thinking, and a people-centered approach to work and technology. We build digital solutions that help millions of customers call, message, stream, and work every day, reliably, securely, and intelligently.
Within IT Delivery, we make sure ideas, roadmaps, and technology come together in a way that delivers real impact. And as an intern, you won’t just observe from the sidelines, you’ll actively contribute, learn by doing, ask questions, experiment, and help strengthen the way our teams connect and collaborate.
This internship sits within IT Delivery Communication & Engagement and focuses on building stronger connections across the department. While the role is positioned in IT Delivery, the emphasis is not only on delivery processes, but also on people, culture, visibility, and collaboration. It is an opportunity to help shape how information is shared, how success is celebrated, and how a stronger internal community is built.
During this internship, you will support communication and engagement initiatives within the IT Delivery department. You will help improve the way teams connect, align, and share information across the organization.
You will, among other things:
-
Organize and host IT Delivery-wide events, such as guest speaker sessions, networking meetups, team-building activities, and expert-led workshops
-

-
Develop initiatives that strengthen community engagement and collaboration across IT Delivery, while contributing to a positive and people-focused work culture
-
Collaborate with teams such as HR and Learning & Development to promote participation in initiatives like My Campus and the Odido Learning Weeks
-
Gather feedback and analyze insights from colleagues to identify opportunities to improve communication and engagement initiatives
-
Design practical, accessible solutions that help increase alignment, visibility, and employee engagement within the department
-
Support IT management in preparing and refining presentations, communication materials, and collaboration frameworks that help teams work better together and enable effective decision-making
-
Work in a dynamic environment where communication, culture, and collaboration are essential to delivering impact
