What you'll be working on
As our Web Design & Digital Marketing Intern, you'll help improve nearly every aspect of our website and digital presence. Depending on your interests and experience, you'll work on projects such as:
- Designing and building new pages in Webflow
- Improving the overall user experience and website navigation
- Creating responsive, modern page layouts
- Optimizing website performance and page speed
- Improving on-page SEO and implementing SEO best practices
- Conducting keyword research and identifying content opportunities
- Supporting blog and landing page creation
- Creating graphics or simple illustrations for the website
- Analyzing website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Suggesting improvements based on user behavior and SEO data
What we're looking for
You have:
- Experience with Webflow (through coursework, personal projects, freelance work, or previous internships)
- A good eye for modern web design and UX/UI
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles
- An interest in digital marketing and website optimization
- Strong attention to detail
- Great communication skills in English
- The ability to work independently while collaborating with a small team
Nice to have
These are not requirements, but they're definitely a plus:
- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge
- Experience with Google Analytics or Google Search Console
- Copywriting or content marketing experience
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS websites
- Interest in fintech, investment management, or institutional investing
- Basic understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to support content creation
