As part of Minor Hotels, the region of Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is responsible for more than 350 properties in 30 countries and plans to grow across all segments, with a focus on its upper-upscale and luxury brands.
In this role, you will oversee Groups & Event Management activities across The Netherlands, UK, and the Nordics, working closely with senior leadership while driving performance and alignment across multiple regions.
- Lead and develop a team of up to 15 employees, driving performance and engagement

Work in close cooperation with the Operations Department and the Senior Reservation Manager, Director of Groups & Event Management, as well as the Regional Revenue and Sales Teams to align on MICE business development and define strategies and measures

Provide and evaluate regular reports and updates to the Director of Groups & Event Management and the Operations Departments

Utilize a deep understanding and analyzing of reporting and KPIs to continuously monitor performance and derive and implement actionable measures for day-to-day operations

Ensure the achievement of revenue targets, budgeted figures, and KPIs

Communicate and implement all company policies, driving and embedding operational changes positively so they are fully understood and adopted by all team members
Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification, or a completed commercial apprenticeship
Minimum 3 years of professional experience, including leadership experience, ideally in hospitality, reservation management, customer service, or inside sales
Strong Commercial mindset with customer focus and sales affinity
Advanced experience with reservation and CRM systems
Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven with strong problem-solving skills

Excellent analytical skills combined with a result driven mindset
Fluent in Dutch and English; French is considered a strong advantage
The position is based in Hoofddorp and requires flexibility as well as regular travel to hotels and team locations across the region
