From vacuum cleaner hose to cooker hood filter, we have it all! More than 10 million products for more than 2 million devices! By offering consumers and businesses the opportunity to repair rather than replace appliances, we are extending lifespan and reducing e-waste. To facilitate our strong growth, we are looking for part-time online (email) customer service representatives.
- Salary: € 15,- per hour.

Job description
Without customers, our company could not exist. That is why the customer service is one of the most important departments in our company. As an online customer service representative, you are responsible for the online customer service of our website. You help customers by email to find the right product and offer support with order-related questions. Our customer service is exclusively done by e-mail, so you can work in your own structure. You work from our easily accessible, spacious and inspiring office at your own luxury workplace with 2 screens and headphones (listening to your music). From your comfortable office chair, you can access all product databases and dashboards to serve the customer as good as possible. In addition to hard work, the team regularly has time for fun or a game of table tennis. It is also possible to partially do the work from home; we will then provide you with the right home workplace. You have the opportunity to play an important role in a young, fun, fast-growing and internationally operating e-commerce company where you can grow both personally and professionally.
Job requirements
- You master the English language, both verbally and in writing.
- You master one or more of the following languages, especially in writing: Dutch, English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Danish, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, Romanian, Hungarian, Czech, Greek, Croatian, Bulgarian, Polish, Portuguese, Slovenian, Slovak and/ or Modern Standard Arabic.
- You can quickly switch between different tasks/emails.
- You are motivated, curious and can work independently.
