We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support administrative, financial, and operational tasks within the Marketing Department. This role ensures accurate record-keeping, timely follow-ups, and smooth coordination of marketing activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage subscriptions, invoices, petty cash receipts, and purchase orders
- Monitor shared inboxes and follow up on pending action
- Process material requisitions and coordinate marketing materials
- Maintain Marketing Department timesheets and track attendance records
- Support meetings, productions, and coordination with internal and external partners
- Assist with talent payments, documentation, and production logistics
- Support website price updates and stay current with digital marketing trends
Requirements
MBO / EPI Degree or Havo Diploma
6 months–1 year experience in administrative, finance, procurement, or marketing support roles (internships accepted)
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Suite; invoicing or procurement system experience is a plus
Fluent in English, Spanish, and Papiamento; Dutch is an asset
