In this role, you will play a key part in driving the adoption and effective use of modern workplace technologies across Canon EMEA. With a strong focus on Microsoft Copilot, AI innovation, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Digital Workplace services , you will help colleagues and business leaders maximize the value of technology while ensuring services remain secure, reliable, and user-focused.

Must Have
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting End User Computing (EUC), Digital Workplace, Modern Workplace, IT Functional Support, or similar technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and related collaboration tools.
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, AI solutions, automation technologies, or a strong interest in developing expertise in this area.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and end users alike.
- Experience working in international environments and collaborating with geographically distributed teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, taking ownership of initiatives and delivering results.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot deployments, AI agents, Generative AI, or AI adoption initiatives.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Knowledge of Python or other technologies relevant to AI and automation.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace technologies.
- Understanding of IT Service Management and ITIL practices.
Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
