STICKYBESTIE is a global accessories brand with a fast-growing international footprint and a powerful social media presence. Our products are sold in 2,000+ stores across 16 countries and carried by some of retail’s most recognised names, including Galeries Lafayette, Nelly.com and Virgin Megastore. We collaborate with celebrities, influencers and content creators to keep the brand at the centre of culture and conversation. As we scale across Europe, we’re looking for a commercially driven sales leader to own and grow our distributor and agent network.
The Role
As Global Sales Manager (Europe), you will be responsible for driving sales performance across our European markets through our network of sales agents and distributors. You’ll be the key commercial link between STICKYBESTIE and its partners — presenting collections, processing and overseeing orders, and ensuring every market hits its targets. This is a role for someone who knows the European wholesale and distribution landscape, thrives on relationship-building, and has a track record of growing accounts in the fashion or accessories sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, support and grow STICKYBESTIE’s network of sales agents and distributors across European markets
- Present new monthly collections to agents and distributors, equipping them with the tools and product knowledge to sell effectively
- Oversee end-to-end order processing, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery and a seamless partner experience
- Set, monitor and deliver against sales targets by market, identifying risks and opportunities early
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retail partners while identifying new distribution opportunities
- Analyse sell-through and performance data to inform commercial decisions and forecasting
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics and product teams to align on launches, stock and seasonal campaigns
- Represent STICKYBESTIE at trade shows, showroom appointments and key account meetings across the region
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a sales or account management role at a fashion, accessories or lifestyle brand — you’ll be able to show us the brands you’ve worked with and the results you delivered
- Strong understanding of the European wholesale, distributor and agent model
- A demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent relationship-management and presentation skills
- Commercially minded, with confidence in reading and acting on sales data
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail in order management
- Fluent English; an additional European language is a strong advantage
- Willingness to travel across Europe for partner meetings, showroom appointments and trade events
Nice to Have
- An existing network of contacts within European fashion retail and distribution
- Experience presenting seasonal or monthly collections to wholesale partners
- Familiarity with [ERP / order-management system, e.g. Joor, NuOrder, SAP]
