To support the rapid expansion of our installed base in Europe, we are seeking a Field Service Technician based in the Netherlands. In this customer facing role, you will travel throughout the EMEA region, work hands on at customer sites, and play a key part in delivering Life Cycle Support for our equipment—primarily spiral conveyor technology.

What will you do?

Life Cycle Support of our products
- Life Cycle Assessments
- Troubleshooting
- Monitoring Equipment
- Maintenance & repairs
Document your observations and actions in service visit reports and CRM
Collaborate and align with Conditioning Application Engineers and the commercial team to ensure we are aligned in our service offerings and recommendations – one voice
Perform other related service duties as assigned

Who are you?

Strong mechanical background, ideally with experience in processing or conveying equipment
Practical technical (mechanical) skills. A hands-on problem solver
Ability to travel (>50%) in EMEA region, work weekends and overtime when required
Fluent in English and French (verbal and writing)
A self-managed individual with a service mindset who is a team player
