You will lead the industrialization of new products and contribute to the continuous improvement of existing ones. This includes defining the industrialization strategy, selecting and developing processes, evaluating make-or-buy decisions for equipment, and managing ramp up and ramp-down scenarios. You will collaborate closely with product development teams to translate design intent into scalable, robust manufacturing solutions. During implementation, you will oversee sample production, establish process flows, and ensure all industrialization deliverables are in place to support 0-series and full-scale production.
