HEAD OF COOKIE PRODUCTION — SALVO
SALVO is looking for a Head of Cookie Production to fully take ownership of our cookie operation from A to Z.
This is a senior operational role for someone who understands both production and leadership. We are not looking for someone who only bakes — we are looking for someone who can build structure, lead a team, solve problems independently and take responsibility over the full operation.
The goal of this role is simple:
You take ownership, so management no longer needs to be involved in the daily operation.
Responsibilities
- Full responsibility over the daily cookie production
- Managing and leading the production team
- Hiring, training and organizing staff when needed
- Planning production schedules and ensuring quotas are met
- Maintaining speed, consistency and product quality
- Recipe execution, optimization and scaling
- Managing stock levels and production flow
- Organizing shipments, logistics and outgoing orders
- Taking operational decisions independently
- Maintaining hygiene, structure and food safety standards
- Communicating clearly with management and suppliers
- Solving daily operational issues without constant supervision
What we are looking for
- Strong experience in bakery, pastry or food production
- Leadership experience within a production environment
- Highly organized and responsible mindset
- Ability to work fast under pressure while maintaining quality
- Independent problem solver with ownership mentality
- Someone who naturally brings structure and discipline
- Experience with scaling production is a major plus
This role is not suitable for someone who needs constant guidance.
We are looking for someone who can fully run and oversee the cookie production operation independently.
