As a production employee 5-shift system in waste recycling, you work on reusing valuable materials. You can earn up to €19.02 gross per hour, including shift bonus, receive a 127% bonus on all hours worked, and can earn free certificates like a forklift certificate. You work in a fixed shift system and visibly contribute to a cleaner environment.
About the function
As a production employee in waste recycling, you ensure that various waste streams are properly separated and processed. You manually remove wood, metal, and other materials from the waste stream. Additionally, you keep the workplace clean and safe so that production can continue smoothly. The work is physical and takes place in a dusty and sometimes wet environment. You know how to tackle challenges and stay alert during your work.
You work in a 5-shift system from Monday to Friday. Occasionally, extra work on weekends is possible. Due to the shift system, you receive a standard bonus on all hours worked. No experience is required; you will receive training on the job and learn the craft in practice.
