About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate Barista to join our team on early morning shifts. You will be responsible for opening the bar area, preparing high-quality coffees for our morning commuters, and setting the perfect tone for the day. You will also prepare mise en place for the evening shift.
What You’ll Do:
Open the venue and prepare the bar for a smooth start to the day
Prepare specialty coffee drinks with excellent latte art
Deliver friendly and efficient service to our guests
Prepare mise en place for the evening shift
Prepare and serve bubble tea (training provided)
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation behind the bar
Manage coffee section stock control
Contribute to a positive and energetic team atmosphere
What We’re Looking For:
Solid coffee knowledge and strong latte art skills
Reliable and punctual – you genuinely enjoy early mornings and take pride in opening the venue
Excellent time management and the ability to stay calm under pressure
Experience with POS systems
Friendly, positive personality with a genuine passion for hospitality
Great customer service skillsTeam player who thrives in an international environment
Good command of English (Dutch is a plus)
Host experience is a plus
