Rosewood Amsterdam is seeking an experienced and service-driven In-Room Dining Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our in-room dining department. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining our standards, and supporting team development in a luxury hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily in-room dining operations and ensure service standards are met

Lead and support servers and order takers during shifts
*
Monitor order accuracy, presentation, and delivery times
*
Address guest concerns professionally and ensure service recovery when needed
*
Assist with scheduling, training, and team development
*
Ensure proper POS usage and accurate billing
*
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety standards
*
Support inventory control and cost management initiatives
Qualifications
*
2+ years of supervisory experience in food & beverage
*
Prior in-room dining or upscale restaurant experience preferred
*
Strong leadership and communication skills
*
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
*
Food safety certification preferred
