As a Service Center Coordinator , you help manufacturing teams build the advanced systems that power modern technology. You coordinate daily production activities, resolve technical issues, and keep work progressing safely across shifts.
Your expertise helps ASML deliver reliable lithography systems to customers around the world. You challenge existing processes, collaborate across departments, and care for quality, safety, and your colleagues.
As a Service Center Coordinator , you provide technical and operational direction within a precision manufacturing environment. You coordinate priorities, support colleagues, and solve exceptions using established procedures and practical experience.
You will:
Coordinate daily manufacturing activities and maintain production progress across teams and shifts.
Lead your work area and represent the team when discussing technical or operational matters.
Resolve technical issues and escalate complex risks to the appropriate supporting departments.
Check materials, tools, equipment, and products for availability, accuracy, and quality.
Support new product and process introductions by following approved testing and production requirements.
Identify recurring shop-floor issues and lead structured improvements that strengthen safety, quality, and efficiency.
Record production information and provide accurate shift handovers, reports, and status updates.
You bring practical manufacturing knowledge and experience working with mechanical or electrical components. You are comfortable coordinating others while remaining actively involved in daily production.
Secondary vocational education with at least three years of relevant manufacturing experience; or
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
Hands-on experience using precision tools, technical instructions, and controlled manufacturing procedures.
Experience supporting colleagues and coordinating work within a production or technical service environment.
Experience using SAP or another enterprise resource planning system is preferred.
Experience collecting production data and preparing reports with Microsoft Excel or similar tools.
