ain Responsibilities

- efine and improve manufacturing processes, methods, and tooling.
S- upport New Product Introduction (NPI) and production ramp-up.
A- nalyze production issues and implement effective corrective actions.
W- ork closely with design, quality, and operations teams to ensure manufacturability.
D- rive Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Y
our Profile
B
- achelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
2- + years of experience in manufacturing engineering (preferably aerospace).
K- nowledge of machining, assembly, and treatment processes.
F- amiliarity with Lean Manufacturing and root cause analysis tools.
