The Customer Management organization within FrieslandCampina Ingredients consists of 16 CMOs, supported by 2 CMO Teamleads.
In this role, you will lead approximately half of the team as direct reports and work closely together with the other CMO Teamlead to ensure consistent leadership, aligned decision-making, and a unified way of working across the broader Customer Management organization.
Both CMO Teamleads report directly to the Global Manager Customer Service and work closely together with the Global Process Owner as part of the Customer Management leadership structure. Close collaboration, knowledge sharing, and joint ownership are key to successfully leading the organization and driving continuous improvement.
