- You advise and support study programmes at the ET faculty in various big and small (innovative) educational projects, like curriculum (re)design, Challenge Based Learning, setting up a learning community between ET teachers or work on cohesion between the different ET programs.
- You advise on and support programs in the context of quality assurance and preparation for accreditations.
- You will support teachers in their professionalisation, for example by advising on the yearly teacher professionalisation offer and support in implementing this offer, but also support teachers in obtaining their University Teaching Qualification.
You are enthusiastic and inspiring, and can work well with teachers, programme directors and colleagues. In addition to the experience relevant to the position in question, you have:
- A Master in Educational Sciences
- Demonstrable educational knowledge and experience with regard to higher education
- Experience in providing educational advice and with innovations in higher education.
- Experience in guiding teachers aimed at their professionalization, both in groups and individually
- Being able to switch quickly between different activities, enjoy working on different things at the same time and keep a good overview of your work when working on different projects.
- Excellent advisory and communication skills, both in English and Dutch.
- A part-time position for 24 hours a week
- Employment for the duration of 1 year (extension of employment after this period is a possibility)
- Gross monthly salary between € 5705,- and € 7297,- (full-time) according to scale 12 of the Collective Labour Agreement for Dutch Universities, depending on experience and qualifications
