We are seeking an experienced and passionate Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Talent & Culture team. About the Role
As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the hotel. You will play a key role in strengthening our employer brand, developing innovative sourcing strategies, and ensuring every candidate experiences our culture of genuine hospitality from the very first interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer management and onboarding
- Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Promote and strengthen the employer brand through recruitment events, social media, and strategic partnerships
- Utilize recruitment data and market insights to continuously improve hiring effectiveness
- Ensure recruitment processes are fair, compliant, and aligned with company standards
- Collaborate with the Talent & Culture team to support onboarding and talent development initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within hospitality or luxury service environments
- Strong interviewing, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms
- A proactive, organized, and results-driven approach
- Passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences and attracting top talent
- Strong understanding of current recruitment trends and employer branding
