Your Responsibilities
- Supporting purchasing and order processing activities
- Assisting with export operations for international goods flow
- Reviewing and processing incoming shipment notifications
- Checking incoming invoices and handling invoices
- Stock reconciliation and claims management
- Communicating with suppliers, customers, and warehouse partners
- General administrative and organizational tasks
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training, ideally in trading, freight forwarding, or logistics
- Career changers with relevant skills and motivation are also welcome
- Confident handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Good English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage
- Structured and reliable way of working
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Team player with enthusiasm for a dynamic working environment
- Proactive mindset and solution-oriented thinking
