Your role
As a TEMS (Test Environment Management System) Lead, you are responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and strategic evolution of the test environment landscape across the organization. You coordinate, optimize, and standardize how our product teams use, provision, and maintain test environments to ensure reliability and efficiency throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Work closely with delivery teams to understand their environment needs and ensure timely availability.
Implement governance around access, data management, security, and compliance for all non‑production environments.

Define and monitor KPIs around environment uptime, deployment success, environmental conflicts, and usage patterns.
Collaborate with the Cloud Platform team to drive automation initiatives to reduce manual work and increase environment reliability.
Your team
You will join the QA Platform team which serves as an enabler and force multiplier within the organization. Its scope is technical and foundational, and while it may not directly test business features, it empowers other teams—including business-oriented QA and product teams—to do their jobs better and faste
Who are you?
4-8 years of relevant experience in environment management, DevOps, platform engineering, QA engineering, or related fields.
Practical experience with test environment management tools, CI/CD platforms, and infrastructure automation.
