About the Role
We are looking for a Media Partnership Manager to support our media resource development and partnership management across Europe.
This role will focus on identifying, evaluating and managing relevant media partners, including vertical media, industry publications, review platforms, newsletters, content platforms and selected affiliate / deal sites across key European markets.
The ideal candidate should understand how media partnerships work, be comfortable communicating with publishers and media partners, and be able to support client proposals with suitable media recommendations.
Key Responsibilities

Research and identify relevant media partners across Europe, with a focus on sectors such as consumer electronics, energy, smart home, automotive, EV and lifestyle technology.

Build and maintain relationships with publishers, media owners, commercial teams, partnership managers and relevant editorial contacts.

Collect and evaluate media kits, rate cards, audience data, advertising formats, sponsored content opportunities, review policies and partnership options.

Assess media relevance based on audience profile, market fit, traffic, content quality, pricing, cooperation model and campaign suitability.

Support client proposals by recommending suitable media channels, cooperation formats, budget ranges and execution timelines.

Work closely with internal PR, content, social, influencer, event and account teams to integrate media resources into client campaigns.

Coordinate media partnership execution when needed, including timelines, materials, publication status, reporting data and post-campaign review.

Maintain and update the internal media resource database, including contacts, pricing, cooperation notes and recommended use cases.
Requirements

3–6 years of experience in media partnerships, publisher relations, media planning, media sales, PR, content marketing, affiliate marketing or business development in the media / marketing industry.

Good understanding of the European media landscape, especially vertical media, industry publications, review platforms, newsletters or content partnership models.

Strong English communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to independently research, contact and manage media partners.

Good commercial sense and ability to evaluate media value, pricing and cooperation potential.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable working in a multicultural and cross-border team environment.

Interest in technology, consumer electronics, energy, automotive or lifestyle sectors.
Preferred Qualifications

Existing media or publisher network in Europe.

Experience with sponsored content, native advertising, product reviews, newsletters, webinars, affiliate / deal platforms or lead generation campaigns.

German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian or Polish language skills are a plus.

Experience with tools such as Similarweb, Semrush, Ahrefs, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or media monitoring platforms is a plus.

Familiarity with European media compliance, sponsored content disclosure and GDPR is preferred.
