Key Responsibilities:
· Feed fish according to established feeding schedules and procedures.
· Monitor fish health and report any signs of illness, injury, or abnormal behavior.
· Sort and grade fish by size and species.
· Clean and maintain fish tanks, ponds, filters, and other equipment.
· Remove waste, and debris to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
· Assist with stocking, harvesting, and transferring fish between tanks.
· Monitor water quality and assist with routine water management tasks.
· Operate and maintain basic farm equipment and tools.
· Follow all hygiene, biosecurity, and health and safety procedures.
· Perform general farm maintenance and other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods.
· Ability to lift and carry heavy loads (up to 25–30 kg).
· Ability to work in wet, cold, and outdoor environments.
· Comfortable working early mornings, weekends, and overtime when required.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Previous experience in aquaculture, farming, or manual labor is an advantage but not essential.
· Reliable, hardworking, and physically fit.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions.
