The internship
Are you passionate about supply chain improvement, logistics excellence, and turning ideas into measurable business impact? Join the Global Customer Service & Logistics team and help accelerate the implementation of logistics best practices across HEINEKEN's worldwide operations.
As a Logistics Capabilities Intern, you will support the Global Logistics Capabilities team in driving continuous improvement initiatives across our Operating Companies (OpCos). You will play an active role in expanding and improving our Global Logistics Good Practice Engine, helping identify, structure, validate, and deploy proven logistics improvement opportunities.
You will:
- Support the implementation of logistics-related Good Practices across HEINEKEN Operating Companies.
- Help collect, structure, review and improve submissions of logistics Good Practices from around the world.
- Support the development and maintenance of the Global Logistics Good Practice Engine.
- Analyze implementation progress, business benefits and adoption rates across regions.
- Collaborate with regional and local logistics teams to identify opportunities for operational improvements.
- Support communication, reporting and knowledge-sharing activities related to logistics excellence initiatives.
- Contribute to projects focused on transport, warehousing, customer service and supply chain optimization.

- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- You have an interest in logistics, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- You are comfortable working with Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is a plus.
- You are proactive, structured and enjoy collaborating with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
- You have strong communication skills and are fluent in English.

Conditions of HEINEKEN
Our Internship Conditions
During your time as an intern at HEINEKEN, you’ll work in a dynamic environment where growing and learning are at the heart of everything we do. Together, we brew your future step by step. In addition, we offer you:
- A full-time / part-time practice-oriented internship, starting on September 1, 2026 or earlier.
- The duration of the internship is 5 or 6 months (to be agreed upon with your internship supervisor)
- Your home office will be located in the BASE office near Schiphol Airport.
- At HEINEKEN, we work with a hybrid model, typically spending three days a week at the office and two days working from home
- You will receive a monthly internship allowance of €650 gross based on a 40-hour workweek
- You will earn 2 vacation days per month (based on a full-time internship)
- If you do not have a public transport student subscription, your commuting costs will be fully reimbursed
