Your Role: As the MQ Tech at Lilly Sr. Director at our new Netherlands site, you’ll spearhead the digital strategy, reporting to both the M&Q IT AVP and the Manufacturing AVP Site Head at Netherlands. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping our technological future and bring operational a Digital Native Facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and deploy the digital strategy for Netherlands facility in alignment with the Global Tech@Lilly Strategy.
- Guarantee digital operational readiness for site launch, integrating systems such as:
- Infrastructure
- SAP
- Warehouse Management & Logistics
- Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
- Data Historian and Real-Time Floor Tracking
- Comprehensive Data Management: Integration, Analytics
- Digital Plant Innovations and Laboratory Information Management
- CAPA Systems, Access Security, and Risk Management
- Serve on the Site Leadership Team, drive digital strategy and foster a culture of excellence aligned with Lilly’s values.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in team recruitment and development.
- Lead talent management, including recognition, compensation, and succession planning.
- Spearhead cGMP compliance and operational excellence initiatives.
- Manage and Control Budget and Capital.
Basic Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of leadership in Pharma IT, with a focus on manufacturing IT/OT leadership experience.
- Strong experience on MES implementation support and maintenance.
Preferences:
- Data Integration, Advanced Analytics and AI
