We are seeking a highly motivated talent to join our Global Tax team, based in the European Union. This role will support the global transfer pricing documentation process and provide critical support for managing tax controversy across Europe and Latin America. The ideal candidate will also assist with global transfer pricing audits and risk mitigation initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Global Tax Audit Planning Support
- Develop and implement working knowledge of the company’s regional tax policies as well as local reporting and documentation regulations and requirements.
- Coordinate, prepare and maintain tax audit support documentation, i.e., Local Files and Master Files, in response to tax auditor information data requests (IDRs).
- Coordinate, prepare and support responses to audits or other formal inquiries from tax authorities around the globe (primarily with respect to the Europe, Middle East and North Africa regions.
- Financial data gathering with internal stakeholders and/or data extraction from diverse accounting systems and databases.
- Undertake efforts to reconcile the data collected from the various financial reporting systems with the various relevant and related tax filings.
- Support in the design and implementation of tax audit readiness initiatives, in cooperation with our senior tax leadership.
- Reporting to the global tax controversy leader.
- EU Tax Audit Support
- Serve as a regional resource for tax audit matters in the European Union, providing technical support, documentation, and coordination with local country tax teams.
- Assist with audit defense, information requests, and tax litigation across the region.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to support tax audit preparedness and resolution.
- Partner with regional and global tax and transfer pricing teams to respond to transfer pricing inquiries and audits worldwide.
- Assist in preparing responses to tax authority requests and supporting materials.
- Assist in the maintenance of global audit trackers and contribute to risk assessments related to transfer pricing exposures.
- Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Global Trade, Political Economy, Finance, and/or Accounting, or equivalent knowledge or experience.
- Relevant experience in the field of International Trade, Finance and/or Tax.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and work proficiency in matrixed environments.
- Able to understand and access information systems and financial data stacks.
- Competency with the use of Microsoft Office suite software, and other similar products.
- Ability to summarize and articulate orally and in written communication the findings to corporate management as part of the assemblage of tax controversy files and IDR responses.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across borders and time zones in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
