Application Consultant Cardiology IT

Your role :
Support customers throughout the implementation , go- live and post-go-live phases .
Act as the link between clinical users, hospital IT, Philips project teams and support teams
Deliver customer training for new installations , upgrades and new features.
Provide clear training materials and support the development of new training tools.
Perform workflow analyses and translate clinical needs into practical application configurations .
Share customer feedback and field experience internally to support continuous improvement of our Cardiology Informatics solutions .
Support sales of upgrades and new features within the installed base and identify new sales opportunities for the sales team.
You're a right fit if:
Bachelor degree in Ultrasound.
Preferably a 3-5 years of sonographer experience, knowledge in usage of ultrasound and product features within the cardiology domain.
Understand, convey, and teach others the clinical aspects and technical use of the specific solutions.
Affinity with IT Solutions, and be able to be the liaison between clinical and technical conversations.
Highly flexible and motivated team player, who can establish relationships both internal and external with our customers.
Excellent communication skills.
Analytical skills, experience in the interpretation of the application results.
Fluent in Dutch and Good command of English.
Compensation and benefits
Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is €48.611 Gross to €81.018 Gross. Pay within the range is determined using objective factors, including the skills required, relevant experience, role responsibilities, internal equity and local market considerations. The role is eligible for a maximum 3% bonus, linked to KPIs and company results. The full reward approach will be discussed during the interview process.
