The Role
As the Lead Resonance Guide at 432, you will play a pivotal role in developing, refining, and overseeing the studio’s programs, particularly our signature journeys. Your responsibilities will include training and mentoring Resonance Guides, ensuring service excellence, and maintaining the highest standards of client experience. You’ll also be hands-on in leading journeys, ensuring consistency, and elevating our community’s experience.
Additionally, this role involves key administrative responsibilities, including scheduling, ensuring guide coverage, and maintaining an optimized class structure. You’ll also contribute to community engagement through content creation, social media planning, or other creative initiatives that foster connection and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Guided Classes: Learn, master, and deliver 4-6 classes from the 432 Handbook to the highest standard, integrating breathwork, towel waving, sound healing instruments, essential oils, and visualizations.
- Program Development: Lead, refine, and enhance wellness programs and journeys to align with client needs and studio objectives.
- Training & Development: Develop and implement comprehensive training protocols for Resonance Guides, ensuring consistent service quality and excellence.
- Hands-On Involvement: Perform resonance journeys as needed, maintaining direct engagement with clients to uphold the integrity of programs.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of wellness offerings, adjusting as needed to ensure optimal client satisfaction and program success.
- Administration & Scheduling: Oversee and manage guide scheduling, ensuring optimal class coverage and seamless operations.
- Community Engagement: Support the growth of 432’s community through social media planning, content creation, and other initiatives that enhance connection and outreach.
Remuneration & Benefits
- Annual Base Salary: €34,000 per year before tax (full-time contract).
