What to Expect
As a key member of Tesla's EMEA People Support team, you will play a crucial role in streamlining timekeeping and payroll processes in alignment with our strategic objectives. This high-impact role offers significant exposure to senior leadership, positioning you as the go-to person for timekeeping-related process and technology improvements.
You will work closely with key stakeholders, including HR, Product, Analytics and Payroll teams, to drive process optimization, implement tech improvements, and address reporting needs. You will be focussed on enhancing the employee experience by ensuring accurate and efficient timekeeping processes and tools across all our EMEA markets.
What You'll Do
- Focus on streamlining various tasks associated with timekeeping, payroll, leaves and accruals

Collaborate with the Product team to drive system fixes and enhancements, clearly defining stakeholder requirements and ensuring seamless implementation

Ensure accuracy and integrity of time and attendance data, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner

Support bug fixes, enhancements, and troubleshooting in collaboration with product team and HR

Actively contribute and support the Timekeeping & Attendance team during Requirement gathering, UAT and other project management phases during project rollouts
- Ensure transparent and aligned stakeholder communication regarding proposed system changes while contributing to the continuous improvement of time management processes and systems

Partner with the Payroll team and HR Stakeholders to ensure alignment on checks and controls in the timekeeping system
What You'll Bring
- EMEA experience required

Strong experience in process improvement and stakeholder management, being able to connect the dots between stakeholder requests and how to operationalize in a complex system landscape in the context of timekeeping & attendance
- Ability to proactively identify errors and escalate issues and drive resolution

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within HR domain, preferably timekeeping related processes
- Proven experience of working with Timekeeping systems (such as Kronos, Workday, or other similar platforms)

Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels to drive change

Strong attention to detail, with intermediate Excel skills and experience handling large datasets
