About the role:
The Tender Analyst is responsible to help Central Tender Team Manager by monitoring all the ongoing tender information. This role focuses on data collection, analyses and recommendations through tender KPI management. Preparation of tender reports by markets, by model, or any other specific demands.
The Tender Analyst is the one to propose the correct process to collect data by the markets or any other department according to the Central Tender Team Manager demand or Regional Sales Manager or any other department’s demand.
The Tender Analyst reports directly to the Central Tender Team Manager and supporting the Regional Sales Manager.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Propose the correct process to collect data from the markets and any other departments needed;
- Make sure all regional markets follow the data collection process;
- Responsible to prepare and deliver regular reports including: weekly/monthly tender performance reports; GO/NO-GO decision tracking reports; Pipeline and workload reports; ed management reports as required.). This person will be supported by the Regional Sales Manager
- Exchange or coordinate Central Tender Specialists and Regional Tender Specialist to monitor all data collection and analysis on a daily basis;
- Based on KPIs and data analysis, provide recommendations to the team;
- Monitor progress (in terms of time, quality, capacity, organization, opportunities, risks and scope);
Profile:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience;
- Data management expertise;
- Ability to prepare fluid presentations and reporting;
- Rigorous;
- Excellent organizational;
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities;
- Team player;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Energetic and stress resilient;
- Strong understanding of tender processes;
- Speak, read and write English at a professional level;
