‘Our new Hardware Engineer is a proactive, flexible and creative thinker.’
Your daily tasks will involve devising, designing and drawing electrical installations and translating the customer's wishes into a functional design. You will draw complete control installations for machine controls and process installations, consisting of main and control circuit diagrams, cabinet layouts and connection diagrams. In doing so, you will apply various standards, including the Machinery Directive and standard NEN-EN-IEC-60204-1. You will independently extract information from the data, sketches or project documents provided and prepare projects for implementation. In addition, you will check your own drawings and those of your fellow engineers and, if necessary, supervise junior engineers. This work will take place at our office in 's-Hertogenbosch, but may occasionally take place on site. You will work closely with all disciplines within the company and be involved throughout the entire project.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
A completed degree in Electrical Engineering,
Experience as a hardware engineer,
Extensive experience with Eplan P8,
Demonstrable affinity with automation for the food industry,
Extensive knowledge of standards and safety regulations for electrical installations,
Electrical and mechanical knowledge,
Good command of spoken and written Dutch and English.
