Als Planner/werkvoorbereider (E&I) bij Cabot B.V. in de Botlek heb jij een belangrijke rol in de betrouwbaarheid van de fabriek. Je werkt binnen een hightech productieomgeving waar Carbon Black, stoom en elektriciteit wordt geproduceerd en zorg je mede voor een hoge beschikbaarheid van de installaties. Samen met je team zorg je voor een soepele uitvoering van onderhoud, inspecties, storingsanalyses en reparaties. Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor delen van de fabriek en werk nou samen met productie-, verpakkingsafdeling en de maintenance uitvoering.
Jouw inzet zorgt ervoor dat de technische betrouwbaarheid van onze installaties gewaarborgd blijft – nu én in de toekomst. Binnen de planning/werkvoorbereiding worden de preventieve en correctieve maintenancewerkzaamheden (onderhoud, reparaties, kalibraties, inspecties, controles e.d.) voorbereid en ingepland.
De werkzaamheden van de planner/werkvoorbereider zijn onderverdeeld bij meerdere functionarissen die nauw met elkaar samenwerken. De werkvoorbereider E&I werkt nauw samen met de E&I afdeling. De werkzaamheden van de planner/werkvoorbereider hebben betrekking op de planning en voorbereiding van onderhoud (inspecties en controles) t.b.v. alle units of op de onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden binnen een toegewezen installaties. Tevens heb je een belangrijke bijdrage in de veiligheid tijdens de uitvoering door zorg te dragen voor de aanwezigheid van benodigde werkvergunningen, werkinstructies, taak risico analyses, e.d.
Het streven is om meerdere weken vooruit te plannen.
- Een mbo-diploma in elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar niveau
- Een geldige VCA
- Aantoonbare ervaring met industriële installaties
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
- Een praktische instelling, coachend vermogen en oog voor veiligheid
