In the role of Business Development Manager for HealthTech you will be asked to build a pipeline and secure new revenue for our European HealthTech offerings.
UPS HealthTech™ is a specialized service offered by UPS Healthcare that focuses on the end-to-end logistics of high-tech medical equipment. This service is designed to address the unique challenges associated with complex transporting and often expensive (large) medical devices including white glove services, management of demopool equipment and providing field services.
You will work closely with our Enterprise and Small Medium Business sales team to do this along with your own self led efforts based on your knowledge of the market.

What you’ll do
Generate and qualify leads
Receive and work leads from European and Global Sales partners
Source and develop client referrals
Develop and maintain a customer pipeline using Salesforce CRM
Develop and implement strategic sales action plans to achieve targets
Plan, schedule, and execute sales activities in line with company objectives
Collaborate closely with our Eindhoven operations team to ensure alignment and smooth execution
Lead and deliver commercial proposal development working with our tender management team
Hunt, negotiate and win new HealthTech business for Europe

What you’ll need
Education: Bachelor or master, preferably in business or supply chain management
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Logistic Industry, preferable in different roles
Knowledge of Medical Devices market
Knowledge of international transportation
Established network of logistics decision-makers within the medical device industry is an advantage
Proven Sales track record and appetite for new business acquisition
Fluent English language speaking and writing proficiency
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to support development of products and services
Broad management skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Solid financial knowledge and understanding
Working skills in other languages beneficial
Flexible attitude
