As our Café Manager, you’ll lead a close-knit team, oversee daily operations, and play a key role in maintaining the high standards and experience that Schattig is known for.

As Café Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our day-to-day operations. You’ll lead and support the team, ensure exceptional service standards, oversee scheduling and stock management, and help maintain strong relationships with suppliers. You’ll also play an important role in monitoring performance, fostering a positive team culture, and ensuring compliance with Dutch food safety and HACCP regulations.
Above all, you’ll help create a welcoming environment where both guests and colleagues feel at home.
About You:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in café, hospitality or food service management
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Passionate about hospitality, specialty coffee and quality food
* Organised, reliable and calm under pressure
* You are culturally sensitive and enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds, treating everyone with respect and professionalism.
* Available on weekends and looking for a long-term role
* Barista or kitchen experience is a necessity
