Operations Co-ordinator
Who are we looking for?
To replace a colleague, we are seeking an Operations Co-ordinator for a minimum of 4 days per week. As an operations co-ordinator, you are a crucial member of a small but highly impactful team.
What are you going to do?
Coordinating and monitoring production schedules and delivery times.
Establishing and following production timelines to ensure deadlines are met, and monitoring and promptly identifying bottlenecks to propose solutions.
Maintain contact with manufacturers and suppliers. Requesting, evaluating, and approving production samples, and negotiating delivery times, prices, and production terms.
Checking fabrics, trimmings, and product quality according to established standards.
Entering and keeping product and production data up to date in ERP/PDM systems, organising and coordinating transport and delivery.
Controlling and monitoring production costs and margins.
Analysing and optimizing production processes to improve efficiency.
Dealing with customers in relation to deliveries and solving any problems (wrong deliveries, shortages, exchanges etc).
Managing the stock levels and refills of own shops and online shop.
Updating the shop systems (online and physicals stores) with new season stock.
Preparing invoices for shippment of goods, helping with pick and packing when necessary

Who are you?
You have at 2-3 years of work experience at a fashion label in a similar position.
You have experience with Excel, PLM, and ERP systems.
You have a good command of English language, both spoken and written. Good command of Dutch is an advantage.
You are energetic, proactive, and have strong organizational skills.
You work in a solution-oriented manner, have an eye for detail, and are strong numerically and analytically.
