Your role
As a Customer Service Specialist, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You work in a dynamic environment with frequent interaction via phone and email, ensuring high-quality service and efficient coordination across teams.
Your responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly way
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, including follow-up and complaints
- Coordinate and schedule appointments
- Register and follow up on cases in internal systems
- Support daily operations together with planning, warehouse and installers
- Contribute to a smooth and positive customer journey

Requirements
- Fluent Dutch is required for daily customer interaction (this is essential for the role)
- Good working level of English
- Experience in customer service is an advantage, but not required

Working conditions
- Full-time (32–40 hours per week)
- Monday–Friday, between 08:00 – 17:00
- No weekend shifts – stable working hours
- Office-based in Zeewolde
- Possibility to work from home 1 day per week (after onboarding period)
Salary & benefits
- Salary: €2,900 – €3,300 gross/month (full-time) (market-aligned & competitive)
- 27 vacation days (based on 40 hours/week)
