About the job:
The Mobile Service Technician role will involve providing technical support and maintenance services for our customers and business partners in a field-based setting.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance for our range of AWP's (Aerial Work Platforms). This includes conducting inspections, identifying faults, and carrying out necessary repairs or replacements. You will also be involved in providing training and support to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
Main Responsibilities:
1.Provide Technical Product support for Dingli employees, customer representatives and equipment.
2.Complete Maintenance, Inspection & Repair of AWP’s.
3.Attend to breakdowns in the field or at the nominated job site on request and as directed by management.
4. Complete spare parts adjustment sheets and reorder sheets for warehouse and vehicle inventory items categorizing the part number, description, quantity, and machine make, model, serial number.
5.Provide feedback on product improvements and design changes for Dingli products and services.
6.Work together with management and the factory to solve any design or faults with the Dingli products.
7. Coordinate and facilitate product training material and carry out customer product training.
8.Build strong relationships with Dingli AWP customers.
Qualifications:
- Technical or engineering degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a service technician role, preferably in mechanical or related industries.
- Have experience in electrical and hydraulic repairs.
- Strong understanding of customer relations and dynamic requirements.
- Understanding of the equipment rental sector is a plus.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
- Good general fitness and willingness to undergo a pre-employment physical examination
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €3.800,00 - €4.500,00 per month
