WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a strong people leader and product creation expert to lead the Apparel Product Management function within EMEA Local Creation.
This role is responsible for translating EMEA Local Creation strategies into actionable product plans, leading a team of Product Managers, and driving excellence across the end-to-end product creation process. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of consumers, marketplaces, and product creation with the ability to inspire teams, influence cross-functional partners, and deliver strong business results.

What you bring
- Strong experience in Product Management, Merchandising, Product Creation, or related apparel functions.
- Deep understanding of apparel product creation and commercialization.
- Strong consumer, marketplace, and competitive landscape knowledge.
- Experience managing product portfolios and balancing consumer, product, and business priorities.
- Proven people leadership experience, including coaching and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills in a highly matrixed environment.
- Experience partnering with marketplace, sales, merchandising, and account teams.
- Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to lead through ambiguity, complexity, and change.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will report to the Senior Director of Apparel Local Creation EMEA and lead a team of product managers.
You will partner closely with Design, Technical Development, Costing & Sourcing, Business Integration, Merchandising, Planning, Finance, Marketplace, and Sales teams to create consumer-right and marketplace-relevant product solutions.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will lead the Apparel Product Management Team for EMEA Local Creation, setting clear priorities, building team capability, and ensuring strong product management leadership across the matrix.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of product management leaders and product managers
Set strategic direction and connect business goals to product management priorities
Help ensure a healthy margin across the apparel line by balancing product decisions, business priorities, and commercial goals
Represent product management in cross-functional leadership forums
Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive alignment across the matrix
Identify opportunities to improve ways of working and team capability
Remove barriers and keep the team focused on the highest-value work
