We are looking for motivated Order Pickers to join our friendly team in Son.
You will work with food products and prepare customer orders using a voice-pick system and EPT truck. We offer a stable schedule, 36 guaranteed working hours per week and the possibility to grow within the company.
Depending on your preference and experience, you can work in a regular-temperature department or in the freezer department.
What will you do?
- Pick and prepare orders with food products
- Work with a Dutch/English voice-pick system
- Use an EPT truck
- Check that orders are collected correctly
- Keep your workplace clean and organized
- Work in a regular-temperature or freezer department, depending on your preference and experience
Working hours
- Monday to Friday
- Approximately 09:00 – 17:00
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Sundays and public holidays are paid at 200%, when applicable
Employment conditions
- €16.72 gross per hour, including 8% holiday allowance
- Salary paid every 4 weeks
- Possibility to receive a weekly advance payment of up to €120
- Employment contract
- First month as a trial period, followed by a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension
- Company accommodation available for €360 per 4 weeks, in shared 2-person rooms

What do we expect from you?
- Communicative English
- Motivation and reliability
- You are physically able to perform warehouse work
- You are comfortable working with food products
- Experience with order picking or an EPT is an advantage, but not required
- Experience working in a freezer environment is an advantage if you are interested in the freezer department
- A driving licence is an advantage.
