DATA ARCHITECT / DATA MODELLER
Interim / Freelance | On-site (Amsterdam) | 16 weeks option to extend
Our client, a leading real estate services organisation operating across Continental Europe, is building a shared, standardised data model to harmonise how core business concepts — properties, assets, parties, transactions, leases and valuations — are understood across countries and systems. You join a lean, senior team to design that model and the principles for connecting existing local data to it.
This is a deep, hands-on modelling role. You define the conceptual and logical data model, separate the shared "common core" from country- and business-line-specific extensions, and design the mapping patterns that let existing local data systems connect to the new shared layer.
About Riverflex Riverflex was founded in Amsterdam and London in 2018, eventually growing into a global team of consultants united by a mission to help courageous leaders drive transformative change. Today, we offer an integrated service through three service pillars: strategy and transformation consulting that Creates Change, talent services that Build Teams, and business-accelerating products that Augment Intelligence. Work with country and business-line stakeholders to validate the model and drive adoption.

-
Experience harmonising data models across multiple countries or business units.
