WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will report to the Local Creation Sourcing and Costing Manager and partner closely with the broader Local Creation leadership team. You will collaborate daily with Product Management, Development, and Design while working cross-functionally with Business Integration, Finance, Supply Planning, Global Sourcing, and external manufacturing partners.

We’re looking for a driven and collaborative sourcing and costing leader who thrives in dynamic environments and brings clarity to complex decisions. You combine deep expertise in apparel sourcing and near-shore manufacturing with strong business acumen. You’re energized by building connections—across teams and with suppliers—and know how to translate trade-offs into clear, actionable plans that support speed, quality, and profitability.
You influence confidently, communicate with purpose, and bring others along to achieve shared goals. You’re solutions-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while maintaining high standards. With a passion for continuous improvement, you proactively identify opportunities to enhance ways of working and deliver meaningful impact across the business.
What you bring:
Extensive experience in sourcing, costing, supply chain, or product creation, ideally within apparel and near-shore operations
Strong understanding of supplier capabilities, sourcing strategies, and lead-time management
Proven ability to balance speed, cost, and quality while driving practical, business-focused solutions
Strong communication and influencing skills across diverse stakeholders and partners
Demonstrated success leading projects, improving processes, and driving results
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will lead the Near Shore sourcing and costing strategy across EMEA Local Creation, enabling faster and more responsive product creation while protecting cost and margin targets. You’ll drive alignment across teams and partners to build a scalable, high-performing operating model.
Define and drive the Near Shore sourcing and costing strategy in partnership with cross-functional teams
Lead end-to-end execution of the responsive business track across key stakeholdersand and key suppliers
Manage product margins by optimizing sourcing decisions and aligning with business priorities
Assess supplier capabilities, capacity, utilization, and lead times to support responsive execution
Drive improvements in operating models, tools, and processes to enable scalable solutions
Facilitate cross-functional decision-making to strengthen future source-base capabilities
Represent sourcing and costing in business reviews, supplier engagements, and strategic forums
