About the role:
In your role in Customer Service, you are the voice of the company, supporting customers in their most pressing moments and ensuring that issues are resolved quickly and effectively. With friendly communication and prompt solutions, you make customers feel valued and contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and the company's success.

As a member of our Customer Service team, you play a vital role, serving as the primary point of contact for our customers and partners - whether by phone or in writing. You are always there for them with a keen understanding of their needs and desires, making a significant contribution to fulfilling our service promise.
Your responsibilities also include ensuring a smooth ordering and shipping process so that every customer receives their products as quickly as possible. Should any complaints or issues arise, you will be on hand to find a swift and customer-focused solution to ensure customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with our internal teams to identify errors, analyze their root causes, and implement continuous improvement processes within Customer Service. This means you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to improving our customer service and grow with us.
About you
You already have some experience in customer service (telephone, written communication, or sales).
With your strong service orientation, meticulousness, and reliability, you ensure that customer inquiries and needs are always your top priority.
Your verbal and written communication skills are outstanding, enabling you to act professionally and solution-oriented in every situation.
Thanks to your quick comprehension and experience with MS Office programs, you are a true systems expert and ensure that the ordering and shipping process runs smoothly.
Fluent in Dutch, German and English, both written and spoken.
As a team player, you enjoy working with others and actively contribute to team activities with your open personality and positive attitude.
