What You Will Do
Engage with medium and large enterprises, connecting with key decision-makers across the country.
Prospect for new leads and help turn potential into long-term, valuable partnerships.
Build strong relationships through effective networking and collaboration - both independently and together with the team.
Represent Lime at industry conferences and trade shows, showcasing our solutions and brand.
Participate in customer meetings, both in-person and virtual, to strengthen client relationships and uncover business opportunities.
Collaborate with colleagues and decision-makers to improve customer workflows and deliver tailored solutions - growing into a trusted advisor role over time.
Skills & Requirements
We're currently looking to strengthen our sales team - and we’re open to hiring either a Senior Sales Executive or a Sales Representative. Whether you bring years of experience or are earlier in your career, the key to success in this role is your passion for sales, your drive to build lasting customer relationships, and your eagerness to learn and grow.
We believe that great salespeople come from different backgrounds - what matters most is your mindset, your curiosity, and your ambition.
What You Bring
Experience in driving full-cycle in B2B sales. A big plus if it's within the SaaS environment!
Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
A proactive, goal-driven mindset and motivation to take ownership of your work.
The ability (or ambition) to engage decision-makers and deliver clear, value-driven messaging.
A team-oriented approach - you thrive on collaboration and shared success.
A Great Start
With our solid onboarding program, you will receive training in our products, sales techniques, sales processes, presentation techniques and customer service skills. You will become an expert in making businesses more efficient and profitable and come into contact with a wide range of sectors and industries from day one.
The Process
This is an ongoing process, i.e. we go through the recruitment process continuously until we find the right person. In the first step, we screen CVs and cover letters. This is followed by interviews, a practical case study and a reference check. Our process always ends with a final interview with our CEO and/or Business Unit Director.
