Leading the execution phase of management, maintenance, renovation, and/or new construction projects in such a way that they are carried out safely, efficiently, on time, and effectively. The main activities include: - Preparing, organizing, and leading the work on the construction site and/or projects to be executed; - Monitoring cost developments on the construction site and checking the progress of the work against the schedule; - Assessing and accepting completed work; - Informing internal and external stakeholders about the progress of the construction process or project and coordinating activities, costs, and schedules; - Preparing reports and evaluations and providing information to the project leadership or project manager; - Compiling the 'construction site handbook' and providing safety instructions; - Ensuring compliance with health and environmental requirements; - Ensuring the proper operation of the existing high-voltage and telecommunications network.
