Overview
Crocs is seeking a VP, International Marketing. This individual will act as the head of International Marketing and serve as a conduit for our Regional Marketing leads (APAC, ROW, India). This role acts as the voice of the consumer, translates global strategy into regional brand activation, and leads coordinated marketing planning for the regions. The VP, Int’l Marketing will improve the consumer journey with cohesive storytelling, responsible for the regional omni-channel marketing planning and strong Go-To-Market activation to deliver key brand metrics and growth plans. This role has a direct responsibility for regional Wholesale and Retail Marketing and is responsible for scaling global playbooks for in-region execution and optimization. This leader is able to successfully lead within a sophisticated matrix organization and have critical influence over coordinated planning across all channels and collaborates closely with Global Marketing and Digital Commerce leaders for activations.
What You'll Do
Develop comprehensive annual and seasonal marketing plans aligned with Crocs’ brand vision and business objectives, collaborating closely with commercial and global marketing teams.
Oversee integration and efficiency of marketing strategies across all regions, ensuring local relevance while maintaining global consistency.
Lead the development and execution of the Regions’ Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) marketing strategy, engaging consumers and establishing relationships through digital commerce, retail, and wholesale partners.
Translate global marketing strategies into regional programs to enhance customer acquisition and retention, supporting revenue goals for ROW/APAC in partnership with global teams.
Lead regional content strategy, working with global marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and strengthened brand presence.
Foster collaborative communication across all groups, driving alignment, seeking input for briefs, and improving program efficacy.
Guide sell-in and sell-through strategy for wholesale and retail channels, driving sales results and optimizing channel performance.
Oversee regional marketing budgeting strategy and process, setting the spend allocation and prioritizing regional initiatives for maximum impact.
Inspire and develop a high-performing team, encouraging a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence, and empowering team members to deliver outstanding results.
What You'll Bring to the Table
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
At least 15+ years of dynamic marketing experience
At least 7+ years’ operating at a senior level (leading large marketing teams, sophisticated brand/distribution environments)
Demonstrated success influencing collaborators and achieving measurable outcomes within highly matrixed organizational structures, using strong interpersonal and communication skills to drive alignment and results across multiple teams
Deep expertise in developing and executing comprehensive digital channel marketing strategies, with a proven track record of optimizing performance across online platforms and improving customer engagement through innovative digital initiatives
Ability to think strategically and provide clear direction in situations characterized by ambiguity, consistently encouraging a culture of innovation, adaptability, and creative problem-solving within the organization
Proven experience building and nurturing relationships with peers and business partners around the globe, demonstrating a collaborative leadership style and the capability to guide cross-functional and cross-regional teams through influence rather than authority
Strong record of driving revenue growth across multiple sales channels, including successfully translating and scaling global strategies for effective local market execution and delivering consistent business results
Background in the apparel or footwear industry is highly desirable, bringing industry-specific knowledge and insights that contribute to effective marketing initiatives and business development
